Material Introduction

PP

PP (Polypropylene)

A commonly used semi-transparent solid thermoplastic synthetic resin. It is colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and tasteless. It has good oil resistance and weak acid/alkali resistance. It can withstand a certain temperature range and is often used to make containers that can be heated in microwave ovens.

PVC

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

A white powder with an amorphous structure. It is used to make plastic bottles, packaging, bank cards, or membership cards. The addition of plasticizers can make PVC softer and more elastic.

PET

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

Widely used in food packaging and other fields. It has good mechanical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, processability, barrier properties, and recyclability. However, it also has disadvantages such as poor light resistance and a tendency to generate static electricity.

PS

PS (Polystyrene)

High transparency and good colorability. PS plastic is easy to process and can be made into various plastic products through injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, and other methods. PS plastic is recyclable and has a relatively low environmental impact. It is often used to make disposable containers and lunch boxes, and can withstand boiling water temperatures.
