Blister Forming Machine
Also known as thermoforming machine — engineering premium shaped vacuum covers.
This forming equipment works by using vacuum suction generated by a vacuum pump to draw heated and softened thermoplastic sheets such as PVC, PET, PETG, APTT, PP, PE and PS over molds.
The materials are formed into vacuum covers of various shapes or adhered to the surfaces of different products. Blister forming is classified into thin-gauge blister forming and thick-gauge blister forming according to sheet thickness.
Integrated Blister Machine
This equipment processes preheated sheets into plastic products of diverse shapes by means of vacuum and customized molds. Raw material rolls are loaded on the machine. The feeder conveys materials into the main unit.
The sheets first enter the heating zone and are heated to the required temperature under preset parameters including temperature and heating duration.
In the forming stage, the vacuum system creates negative pressure to attach the heated sheets tightly onto molds to replicate mold profiles. The products are then cooled and hardened for shaping. Afterwards, the formed materials are transferred to the cutting area, where the machine performs stamping and cutting as programmed to produce finished goods.
Sheet Making Machine
A widely used industrial core machinery designed to process and cut plastic and metal sheets.
It is mainly applied to process and cut plastic sheets and metal sheets to meet high-end production demands across various heavy industries.
It uniquely features high production efficiency, excellent product precision, simple operational interface and maximum material saving mechanics.
Injection Molding Machine
Also referred to as injection machine — the core molding hardware for manufacturing plastic architecture.
It is the core molding equipment that manufactures plastic products in various shapes from thermoplastics or thermosets via plastic molds. It is available in vertical, horizontal and all-electric types.
The machine functions by melting plastics and applies ultra-high pressure to inject molten material to fully and flawlessly fill the mold cavity.
Cup Making Machine
It is an automatic machine for cup production. Raw materials go through heating, mixing, forming and other procedures to produce cups in different shapes and sizes.
The system boasts extremely high efficiency, full automation workflow, and total labor cost reduction.
Automatic operation greatly improves production efficiency and cuts labor expenses. Meanwhile, cups produced feature uniform appearance and stable quality, ensuring consistent product performance.
Thick Sheet Blister Forming
A key heavy-duty processing device that manufactures blister plastic parts from thick boards.
Using thermoplastic sheets as raw materials, the equipment heats the sheets to softening temperature in a high-precision integrated oven.
Vacuum negative pressure is applied between the plastic board and forming mold, so the softened thermoplastic board adheres tightly to the mold surface and takes shape. Final forming is completed after cooling.
